PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHY
Katie joined the Moog Center teaching staff in the fall of 2024. Katie works in the Family School Department as a lead teacher in one of the Toddler classrooms. In the Toddler Classroom, Katie provides instruction for children between the ages of 18 months – 3 years of age where she works to develop age-appropriate cognitive, social, and motor skills along with the transfer of listening and spoken language skills from the therapy setting to a group setting. Katie’s past experience teaching at the early childhood level along with her personal experience of raising two children who are deaf or hard of hearing using listening and spoken language make her a great asset to the Moog Center team.
