This session will explore the development of these foundational skills, the impact of language delays, and practical strategies caregivers and professionals can use to support executive functioning through everyday activities and play. Participants will learn how to recognize opportunities to strengthen executive functioning skills within natural routines and interactions. Strategies for promoting self-regulation, flexible thinking, problem-solving, and independence will also be discussed.
