Great Activities Using Materials in the Home

This session will provide TODs, SLPs, caregivers, and early interventionists with information about the importance of meeting families where they are… in their homes. This presentation will be based on the concept that Early Interventionists should engage families in activities that are developed using items found in their homes. The rationale for using items in the family’s home as well as creative ideas and suggestions using these items for caregiver-child sessions will be included.
