Listening in Noise with Remote Microphone Technology

This session will provide professionals, parents, and caregivers with information about remote microphone (RM) technology (also known as FM or DM systems). In addition to an overview of what RM technology is and how it works to help children have better access to spoken language, current research regarding the benefits of using RM technology will be reviewed, and practical ways to incorporate use of RM technology will be discussed.
