PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHY
Laurie is a teacher in the Family School Program at the Moog Center for Deaf Education. Laurie has more than 15 years of experience teaching young children with hearing loss to talk. Laurie helped develop a Lending Library of books and toys for parents to use with their children. She has lectured at workshops and trained other teachers in the area of Early Intervention. Laurie provides direct service to children, supports and coaches their caregivers, and participates in the Moog Center for Deaf Education Teleschool program, providing services to families via the internet.
